How much do you charge for shipping? TOP Shipping charges are free from Vickie Lee website, for retail sales within the US. International buyers please contact me first to calculate shipping charges. Shipping for wholesale orders will be actual costs, including insurance. Do you sell wholesale? TOP
Absolutely..!! I have a two tier wholesale program.
Tier 1: Brick & Motar: retail location open to the public.
Tier 2: Designer Discount: homebased or internet business.
Contact me for details on either program. The items on this website are priced for retail sales. I am currently developing a wholesale line of beads that will be available soon. I have a resale number, how can I omit sales tax ? TOP I always require a signed resale card on file before omitting sales tax from a California purchase. If you wish to purchase an item from the website and want to submit your resale number, email me a photocopy of your resale certificate and put your number in the memo box when using the shopping cart. Click on "no state" when choosing the state you live in to omit sales tax being added. I will send a resale card with your beads which will need to be filled out, SIGNED and returned to me within 5 days to have on file. The photocopy is only a temporary acceptance for resale, and to speed up delivery of your beads. The state requires a signed card so I do have to insist on the signed card being returned. Thank you for understanding. I live far away, how can I see your work? TOP First, I always recommend a store in your area that carries my work. My wholesale accounts always maintain a full selection to choose from, at the same prices as my website or at my shows. Check my events calender for a show I might be attending in your area. Always feel free to contact me with any questions regarding seeing my work. And of course, thank you for your interest in my work! Can I special order something from you? TOP Always ask. Your request might be something I have in the huge inventory I maintain for my stores and shows. I normally do not do custom orders but if my schedule permits, I will see what I can do. I will list your requested items on the website and notify you when they are available. What if I'm unhappy with my purchase after I receive it? TOP PLEASE....contact me immediately....call or email.
