This bead began with GG Glass Bullseye frits for a sparkling greenstone base, then encrused with fine silver foil. Accented with swirls of silvered ivory, sparkling goldstone, metallic dots and 3 embedded CZ's on each side, the photo doesn't do this bead justice.
